Thomas Squeo Joins Measured Progress as Chief Information Officer
Thomas K. Squeo recently joined Measured Progress as chief information officer, where he will develop and oversee strategic information systems technology on behalf of the organization.
Mr. Squeo is an information technology professional with a wide range of experience. He has developed and delivered net-centric applications and information distribution systems for the United States intelligence community, and has spearheaded Internet strategy, operations, and technology portfolio management for major academic publishers. His extensive knowledge of the technical aspects of K-12 testing and assessment has led him to direct a technology consulting group dedicated to developing and delivering educational technology throughout K-20.
Mr. Squeo's industry experience includes work with test publishers CTB/McGraw Hill and Riverside. At CTB, he served as director of Internet Strategy, Integration, and as interim chief technology officer. He also developed and successfully launched the Navigator Suite of online services. In recognition of his performance, he was awarded McGraw-Hill's Corporate Achievement Award.
A frequent presenter and contributor to technology articles and white papers, Mr. Squeo belongs to numerous professional organizations. He earned his bachelor's degree in business management from Golden Gate University.
Originally from Litchfield County, Connecticut, Thomas is eager to return to New England, and plans to relocate to the Seacoast area.
