Measured Progress Helps Students

Barrington, Dover and Rochester students will enjoy free field trips to the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center, thanks to a donation by Measured Progress. The Dover-based company committed $6,000 to support the Discovery Center's School Investment Program.

Each year, thousands of students participate in the Discovery Center's interactive programs by engaging in new, expressive ways of learning. Corporate sponsors assist in expanding the School Investment Program as the Discovery Center delivers educational programs to more schools and districts across the region.

The McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center is New England's premier air and space science center, featuring 21st century interactive exhibits on aviation, astronomy, Earth and space sciences, a state-of-the-art planetarium, and a variety of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) programs.
