Progress Toward Standards (PTS) assessments and items:

In a recent review, a state assessment task force ranked the PTS reading tests as the highest of those reviewed in relation to both depth of knowledge and alignment to state grade-level expectations. In the same review, the PTS mathematics items received the highest ranking for depth of knowledge in six out of eight comparisons.

The PTS Assessment System complements our other offerings. Interim assessment results define the starting point.
